Are you ready to get FIT IN 6? Join SL Fitness for a six week program aimed at building muscle, burning body fat, and reaching your fitness goals!
SL Fitness is now offering a six week program to all tenants. Included in the program fee:
• Full access to the gym and locker room
• Ability to join all group fitness classes
• Two one-hour training sessions per week with a personal trainer – Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1pm
• Option to get body measurements throughout the program – by appointment only
• SL Fitness Members – $175
• Non Members – $200
