Starrett was built to accommodate significant freight delivery brought directly to each floor. The loading areas of each floor came to be known as “Truck Bays” over the years. RXR launched creative programming in these spaces in past years. Based on the success of various uses, RXR is preparing to convert select spaces into permanent anchored amenity space conducive to everyday enjoyment at a more intimate scale.
